TOMMY & CHICKY ROCK SEDONA AND COTTONWOOD

Tommy Chickie Trio Make Great Music

Tommy Bronx and Chicky Brooklyn are proud to announce the successful release of their first CD "TOMMY CHICKY LIVE from Bent River."

With Tommy on bass, Chicky on guitar and both on vocals, John "JR" Robusto on lead guitar, mandolin and keyboards, along with everyone's favorite drummer, Dave Rentz they comprise an excellent band of extraordinary musicianship.
With both Tommy "Bronx" and Chicky "Brooklyn" hailing from New York, the two met 13 years ago and have been performing and perfecting their original tuneful music ever since.

Planning to eventually record a studio CD with full production, the duo have been bombarded with requests from their fans to release a "live" CD that would capture the energy and breadth of their live shows.

They have received rave reviews from fans and the local club scene, with each performance adding more to their stage repertoire.

The CD comes from the heart of a live concert recorded in Spring of 2011 in the acoustic listening room at Bent River Books in Cottonwood.

The CD captures the musical magic that was created that evening and features the duo with special guests JR Robusto on lead guitar & mandolin, Dave Rentz on percussion, Lee Sullivan on Sax and Kirk Burnett adding banjo to a few of the tunes.
To describe the original music of Tommy and Chicky, one has to combine the influence of The Beatles and The Eagles.

The songs are melodic, catchy, with great hooks, lyrics and harmonies.

Their songs stick in your head long after you’ve gone home – the kind of songs you wake up the next day hearing in your mind.

Add to that the natural stage humor and rapport of two long-time friends and you have what makes this act so appealing to old and new fans.
